FIS Code of Conduct for Skiers and Snowboarders added to Safeguarding.

Due to circumstances beyond the club's control, future Telemark on-snow sessions will take place at the The Snow Centre Manchester. This is a very similar facility located relatively close to the Chill Factore, see Events.

| 11 September |
On 15th September Chill Factore is rebranding to The Snow Centre Manchester. This is a brand rename, not a change in ownership, which remains TraffordCity Snowcentre Limited for all legal and contractual purposes. Guests will see changes throughout the site, including staff in new uniforms. There will also be a completely new website in due course.
